Bookings
A booking is not valid until a fully completed booking form and appropriate payment has been received and confirmed by the Park.

Telephone Bookings - accepted only when there is insufficient time to process written bookings (10 days or less before arrival). Payment in full using credit/debit card. No group bookings will be accepted by telephone.

Exact pitches can be requested and although every effort will be made to reserve these, they cannot be guaranteed. Extending your stay - Should you wish to extend your stay, then this will be subject to availability and may involve moving pitch.

Loss/Damage
Blair Castle Caravan Park cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle, tent, caravan or its contents whilst on the Park or on any storage site provided by them, no matter how such loss or damage shall occur.

Cancellation (Touring Pitches)
Any cancellation of a booking, by the client, must be made in writing. Written cancellations received in advance of the arrival date will receive a full refund less the first night’s fees (by way of administration charge). Unfortunately, no refund can be given to cancellations received on, or after, the confirmed date of arrival.

Cancellation (Residential Caravan Holiday Homes)
We strongly recommend taking out cancellation insurance as refunds cannot be given.

Touring Pitches
Awning ground-sheets must be lifted when caravans/awnings are not occupied to minimise grass damage. Pup tents or gazebos are not permitted alongside an awning. Gazebos must not exceed 2 metres by 2 metres.

Residential Caravan Holiday Homes
The number of people shown is a maximum and must not be exceeded. Six person caravans are not suitable for more than 4 adults (and 2 children).

Groups
Sorry, no single sex groups or unsupervised young groups - we are a family park.

Services
Blair Castle Caravan Park cannot be held responsible for the failure of water, drainage or other mains services beyond our immediate control.

Breach of Conditions/Rules
Blair Castle Caravan Park reserves the right to refuse any booking or to ask any person to leave the Park. A refund of any outstanding fees paid will constitute full discharge of any obligations between the parties.

Prices
Blair Castle Caravan Park reserves the right to alter prices in the event of a change in the prevailing rate of VAT.
